The conference will open on Friday, December 4, 2026 in the afternoon. The conference program will further include professional sessions, plenary lectures a student session, several social evenings, and potentially a cultural program. The expected conclusion of the conference is on Sunday, December 6, 2026 in the afternoon.

Following the success of previous years, the option to participate online via Zoom will be maintained. The link will be sent to participants after the conference fee has been paid. However, we highly recommend personal attendance, which will provide you with unforgettable moments to remember for a long time.

• This year, the fee amount is based on the timing of the payment.

• Conference fees are to be paid in advance to the VSES CAS bank account. Payment details will be sent upon receipt of the application. In case of cancellation and non-attendance at least one week before the conference, the fee will be refunded in full.

• If you require a tax invoice, please indicate this directly in the application by providing your affiliation/organization.

• The conference fee primarily includes catering during the conference, a Friday welcome drink, Saturday lunch, and other materials related to the conference.

• Participation in the social evening requires separate registration.

• Early bird: 800 CZK (payment by October 31, 2026)

• Late-breaking: 1,000 CZK (payment by November 30, 2026)

• Students (Secondary school and University up to Master’s degree): 500 CZK

• Online participation: 500 CZK (payment by December 1, 2026)

• + 500 CZK surcharge for participation in the Saturday social evening

Catering is provided throughout the entire conference. A welcome drink will take place on the first evening. Lunch is included on Saturday. The Saturday social evening will take place in the evening, for which separate registration is required. On Sunday, only refreshments during the morning and farewell sandwiches will be provided.
